Saskia Douglas

Saskia started fencing at 9 to “beat her school bully” and went on to compete at National and occasional International level for over 10 years, still able to wield a sword when needed. She entered motion capture by chance, as her sister, studying Animation and VFX, needed someone to wear “the funny suit.” Her background in dance and sport led to opportunities with Centroid and Pinewood on student shorts and technical demos. After studying Dance & Drama at Royal Holloway and Acting at GSA, Saskia was affected by COVID but has since worked her way back into the Mocap industry, focusing on networking and continual professional development.
